At YamalBD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.


1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

    • In the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, undergarments, or customized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchange

  • We allow size exchanges or product replacements (if stock is available).

  • Exchanges are processed free of charge, except for return shipping costs (borne by the customer).


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale or marked “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items.
